Gator Oversize and   Overweight Trucking Permits 

I-84 WILL REMAIN UNDER NEW YORK STATE THRUWAY UNTIL FURTER NOTICE, AN AGREEMENT HAS BEEN MET BETWEEN THE STATE AND THE THRUWAY.

UCR program applies to individuals and companies that operate commercial motor vehcicles interstate/international commerce, whether a private carrier hauling your own goods, a for hire company, a leasing company, a broker or a freight forwarder. A commerical motor vehicle is defined as a self propelled or towed vehicle used on the highways in commerce prinicpally to transport passengers and cargo  if the vehicle has a gross weight of 10,001 or more, is designated to transport 11 or more passengers including the driver, or is used in transporting hazardous materials in a quantity requiring placarding.

Gator Permits will be closed 

Thanksgiving November 22nd and 23rd.

Christmas December 24th  and December 25th.

New Year December 31st and January 1st.

If you have permits still outstanding, someone will be able to fax them to you. You will not have to wait on an approved permit.
